First of all, heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, beans, carrot and paneer to it while stirring continuously. Add cumin powder, garam masala, salt and red chili powder to it and let it cook covered. Remove from the heat when the vegetables become soft. After this spread some water on the papad, keep the stuffing in the middle and roll the papad. Seal the edges by pressing them gently. Now fry them lightly.

Melt ghee in a pan and add cumin, fennel, ginger garlic paste and crushed nuts to make gravy. After adding onion paste and tomato paste, cook for some time. Get the desired consistency by adding the remaining dry spices and a little water. When the gravy is almost cooked, add papad rolls and serve!
