The simple yet effective trick for slicing capsicum or capsicum requires no additional equipment, and just a normal kitchen knife.

To hack capsicum, first you have to slice the vegetable from above so that the stem comes out. Make sure the entire top comes off and only the inner tube is left inside the vegetable. Repeat the same process for the bottom. The resulting cylindrical structure can be cut from either side to form an open roll, and the seeds of the bell pepper can only be removed by hand!
