Punjab Police has made two more arrests in the Karnal terror investigation. Four suspected ‘Khalistani’ terrorists were arrested in Haryana’s Karnal on Thursday. Security personnel said that a consignment of weapons has been delivered to them through drones. The four suspects have been identified as Gurpreet, Amandeep, Parminder and Bhupinder, all residents of Punjab.
Police have recovered one pistol and 31 live cartridges, 3 IEDs, 6 mobile phones and Rs 1.3 lakh in cash from them. “Harjinder Singh Rinda, a Khalistani terrorist from Pakistan, used a drone to drop weapons in the air in Ferozepur district,” an official said.
