Upgrade KnowledgeHut, a Bangalore based short term skills provider, has announced job guarantee programs for skill seekers. The skill provider company claims that with the help of this program, freshers are expected to get jobs with an average starting salary of Rs 10 lakh per annum. UpGrad KnowledgeHut is all set to kick-start its job guarantee program with its flagship Full Stack Development (FSD) bootcamp.
“The new scheme is currently available for FSD course and will soon include data science and remaining 300 courses in the coming months. The new plan has also been designed taking cognizance of the world workforce returning to work in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic,” the company said in its press release.

It explained that as part of the new scheme, Upgrade Knowledge Hut will assist participants in various aspects of job search to enable them to land the job of their dreams. This includes interview preparation, CV and LinkedIn profile building, soft skills training and mock assessments. Knowledge Hut will also ensure that learners receive the maximum possible starting salary or increment.
