Uttar Pradesh Police is the latest to indulge in the iPhone 13 meme-fest

The latest iPhone models have once again become a favorite topic among meme makers. Apple announced four new iPhones on September 14: iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. And, the meme trend about the iPhone 13 series is taking the internet by storm. Twitter is where we are getting to see all the fun. Going by funny memes, the iPhone 13 differs from its previous installment, the iPhone 12, in only one way: the camera orientation. Not true, as Apple has made a number of improvements to its iPhone 13 lineup – but the comical renditions on social media seem to care little for the technicalities.

The Uttar Pradesh Police Department was the latest to join the iPhone meme trend. Taking a jibe at the name of the brand, the official Twitter account shared a meme with the note, “The Apple of Everyone’s Eye – UP 112 is your own superpower. UP Police’s fast, reliable and all weather emergency helpline”. The meme features three images of police vehicles that look like an iPhone’s camera structure. Simultaneously the meme wrote, “Forever reliable UP 112,” with the number 12 in bold.

Apple iPhone memes have been shared by several other brands since the launch of the iPhone 13 earlier this week. Food delivery app Zomato had us laughing with food-themed representations of two phones. The post read, “iPhone 12 vs iPhone 13.” In the pictures we can see two square plates of burgers. In the first plate the burger is placed in a vertical line but in the second plate the burger is kept diagonally. We also noticed a change in the position of the sauce bowl.

Memes can become the delight of food lovers. Why not if KFC India also jumps on the bandwagon? His Twitter page shows a photo where three bowls of different types of dip are placed inside a circular square. It read, “Would it be nice to click with a finger?” The caption pointed to the iPhone 13 and read like, “So, 13 pieces hot and crispy?”

An old Spiderman meme was revived to add to the fun. Not one but several superheroes are seen in the picture, wearing the same outfit and pointing at each other. The comparison was between iPhone models.

This user posted old pictures of Salman Khan. In one, we see the actor wearing a vest. In another, the actor is in a three-piece suit. “iPhone 12 and iPhone 13,” the caption read.

Another posted a picture of a man wearing a blue shirt. He placed an exact replica of the blue shirt in a gift box and looked happy. The man represented iPhone users and the shirt, two iPhone models.

One user noted that both iPhones are expensive with a hilarious representation:

Looks like the iPhone 13 has already plucked a lot of feathers in the meme world.
