As part of ‘Umeed Ka Pradesh – Uttar Pradesh’, UP Congress leader Salman Khurshid said that a Congress resurgence is possible in the populous state, but it will not be an easy task. Khurshid said, “We do not lose hope. A Congress victory in UP is certainly possible. However, it will be a very difficult task to do. We should at least make our presence felt there.”
