Users who posted the video on social media said that it was shot in Rajasthan’s Jodhpur on Sunday and the driver is a doctor. The video shows the man driving the car and the dog struggling to get up. The clip of animal cruelty has angered social media users who are demanding strict punishment for the doctor.

The video is shot by a vehicle chasing the car. A man on a motorcycle pulls his vehicle in front of the car forcing the driver to stop.

The incident took place on a busy road where several other vehicles can also be seen. Due to the long rope, the dog can be seen roaming dangerously from one side of the vehicle to the other, threatening its life.

Locals gather around the vehicle and free the dog from the chains. Some of them even informed an NGO, which took the dog to the hospital.

According to a tweet posted by NGO Dog Home Foundation, the name of the doctor is Rajneesh Galwa. He was quoted by local media outlets as saying that the stray dog ​​loves being near their house and that he was trying to remove it.
