Prime Minister Narendra Modi today assured the people of Karnataka that he has seen their dreams as his own. In a video posted on his Twitter handle, PM Modi said, “Every Kannadiga’s dream is my own dream. Your resolution is my resolution.”
Lauding the 3.5-year tenure of the double-engine government in Karnataka, PM Modi said, “The decisive, focused and futuristic approach of the BJP government is contributing significantly to Karnataka’s economy.”
“We want Karnataka to be number one in investment, industry and innovation. We want Karnataka to be number one in education, employment and entrepreneurship. The BJP is also trying to make Karnataka number one in agriculture. Karnataka’s legacy and Cultural competence was honored,” he said.
PM Modi further said, “To make Karnataka number one, I request all of you to cast your vote as responsible citizens on May 10.”

The high-voltage campaign for the May 10 assembly elections in Karnataka came to an end at 5 pm on Monday, May 9.
All the three major political parties of the state- BJP, Congress and Janata Dal-Secular (JDS) have given their full strength to woo the voters.
Karnataka Legislative Assembly Voting for the 224-seat assembly will be held on May 10. The majority mark to form the government is 113 seats. The counting of votes will take place on May 13.
