Now the actor is all set to play a cop for the first time in the upcoming film ‘Vela’ directed by S George. The excitement level among the audience is really high as the actor is playing a cop for the first time. Directed by S George, Shane Nigam will play the lead role alongside Mollywood actor Sunny Wayne. The film is bankrolled by the same team that produced Mammootty starrer ‘Puzhu’, which was directed by Rathina PT. Actor-director Siddharth Bharatan will also play an important role in the film. The screenplay of ‘Vela’ has been penned by ‘Mandaram’ fame M Sajas and reportedly Sam CS, known for films ‘Kaithi’ and ‘Vikram Vedha’ has been roped in as the composer. The film is touted to be a drama thriller and the filming is going on in full swing in Kochi. Meanwhile, Shane Nigam’s last outing was with the comedy entertainer ‘Ullasam’ and the actor also has a host of highly ambitious projects in the pipeline. Shane Nigam will be working with veteran director TK Rajeev Kumar for the upcoming film ‘Bermuda’, which also stars actor Vinay Forte, Niranjana Anoop, indrance and in many other important roles.
