So, if you are bored with the usual potato shots and french fries, here we have a recipe for Paneer Corn Bombs which is really a ‘bomb’.

Plus the taste of corn and potatoes, coupled with the crunch of capsicum, this appetizer is a must eat during weekends, after working hard all week. Here is a step-by-step recipe of Paneer Corn Bum Snack:

Step 1 – In a bowl, mix boiled and grated potatoes, boiled corn, chopped capsicum.

Step 2 – Add salt, black pepper powder, green chili, garlic paste, oregano and a little cornflour. mix well.

Step 3 – Add a lot of paneer and mix well. Make small balls from the mixture.

Step 4 – Dip all the balls in the maida batter and roll them on a bed of bread crumbs.

Step 5 – Keep these balls in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6 – Meanwhile make the Achari Mayonnaise. All you have to do is mix some mayonnaise with some pickle.

Step 7 – Now deep fry the paneer corn balls and serve with spicy mayonnaise.
