Add bay leaves and cumin seeds to the hot oil. When cumin starts crackling, add ginger, garlic and onion. Cook it till it turns light brown. After this add red chili, salt, turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala. Now, put the meat on high heat and flip it till it becomes translucent. To cook the meat, add a little water. Reduce heat, cover pan, and cook, stirring regularly, until water is absorbed and fat separates. When the fat separates, add tomatoes and keep stirring continuously. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
