Shanel Irani is engaged to Arjun Bhalla.
Union Minister Smriti Irani on Saturday evening announced the engagement of her daughter Shanelle on Instagram. According to Ms Irani’s post, Shanel Irani got engaged to Arjun Bhalla. Smriti Irani, 45, shared two pictures from the picturesque proposal, writing, “To the man who has our heart now @arjun_bhalla.” The first picture shows Arjun Bhalla proposing to Shanelle on one knee, while the second picture shows the couple smiling for the camera.
In her Instagram post, Ms Irani warned Arjun that he was becoming part of a “crazy family”.
“Welcome to our crazy family. Bless you for a father-in-law dealing with a madman and even worse… me for one mother-in-law, “Mr. Irani wrote on Instagram. “You have been officially warned. God bless,” she said. “Saas” is the Hindi word for mother-in-law.
Shenell is Smriti Irani’s husband Zubin Irani’s daughter from her previous marriage. In an Instagram post, Zubin Irani echoed his wife’s sentiments as she welcomed Arjun into the family.
He wrote, “Welcome son-in-law to our crazy family. You are not just smart and funny, you are a brave and patient one. We are glad because we know it takes someone special to handle this clan. “
Shanel Irani is the daughter of Zubin Irani and his first wife Mona Irani.
