Watch: Forest official shares video of caged leopard being released into the wild

As soon as the officials open the cage, the wild cat runs away towards the forest.

Videos of wild animals being released back into their natural habitat are always worth watching. Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Parveen Kaswan, who regularly shares interesting facts and clips about wildlife, shared a heartwarming video that shows a rescued leopard being released into the wild .

Mr Kaswan shared the video with a caption that read, “That panther was in a hurry. Successfully rescued and released into the wild. Without any untoward incident. by our teams last night. Forest is a 24X7 job.

The 19-second clip shows the officials releasing the leopard into the forest at night after rescuing it. In particular, leopards often roam areas inhabited by humans. The feral cat was kept in a cage in the back of a small pickup truck. As the officers opened the cage and freed him, the feral cat jumped out of the truck and fled for the woods.
